If you adopted a Bird of Prey:

A staff member will be in contact via email to confirm the name you wish to be engraved on the personalized plaque and adoption certificate in the event that this adoption is a gift or a corporate adoption. The certificate and fact sheet will be mailed to the address provided to PayPal.

If you adopted a Reptile:

If you adopted a Trumpeter Swan:

A staff member will be in contact via email so that you may choose your specific trumpeter swan's tag number, and if available, name your swan. If you have no preference, that's okay too. We can pick one who frequents an area you live near so that you can see them! The chosen trumpeter swan's name and tag number will appear on your personalized certificate. The certificate along with your trumpeter swan print will be mailed to the address provided to PayPal.
